It is a little on the substantial side yet nothing excessively insane. I typically take this with me when I am remaining at an Airbnb, at little gatherings, or close by with my projector. certified buyer Many people misunderstand and think just because of the size, you should not buy them considering they are 20000. But what most dont understand, is that these are marketed as a portable speaker, so size has to be considered. Of course with this size you wont get loud sound, but thats not the purpose. The purpose is listening to great music. You wouldnt use a portable speaker as a party loud speaker right? You are paying that money for great sound, engaging bass, stereo channels, and a simple but effective eq. You cant carry around a 10 kg speaker around and call it portable. So if you want amazing sound and lots of features, and can carry this on a road trip, or a school trip, or even a picnic, then seriously consider buying this Stockwell 2 speaker.

Q: Is it waterproof?
A: It is splash proof meaning to say that if you drop any liquid on it, it will be fine, but accidently dropping it into a pool or even running it under a spray will damage it.
Q: Does it support USB charging?
A: You will have to plug the USB end into a wall adapter and the other end into your speaker, this is the only way you can charge the speaker.
Q: Does it have apple airplay?
A: No, it does not come with apple airplay, but you can use your Bluetooth from your iPhone to listen on these speakers.
Q: Does it have USB Type-C or Micro USB input for charging?
A: It has a USB Type-C input, but if you dont have a charging cable like this, do not worry as the speakers ship with a USB Type-C charging cable.
Q: Will the bass be good for a hall for a 12”x20” hall? Does it have a mic?
A: The volume should be good enough, but you wont get room shaking bass in any room for that matter. This is a portable speaker, its meant to be punchy and satisfying to listeners close-by or around. It also does not have a mic built in.
Q: Can it be connected to phone for call?
A: No it cannot be connected to a phone to make calls, as to make the person on the other end of the line hear you, you will need a mic, which the Stockwell 2 does not have, so to answer your question no it cannot make phone calls even if connected to a phone

A: The strap is removable, but it makes it a lot easier if you do use the strap.
