The key to having good sound is placement so the sound can bounce to your ceiling and walls to get the surround sound feel which actually worked great for my bedroom. The sound was loud and clear I love that you can lower or turn up the bass volume. Overall Im happy with the purchase and we get to listen to music via the soundbars Bluetooth function when were not watching TV. Its great!

I wanted one that had a sub-woofer with it as it is much better for when you watch movies and just to be able to hear in general. I mainly picked it because it has a Bluetooth feature which is helpful when I want to play music through my smartphone. It was very easy to connect to the Bluetooth function. Just press the BT button on the remote turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and when the soundbar Bluetooth is detected then connect to it. As far as sound quality for TV purposes it works just as great as you would expect.

certified buyer The setup took me less time than I thought. I plugged it directly into my TV so everything I play takes advantage of the 2.1 soundbar. The remote is pretty easy to use and it lets you select between Bluetooth HDMI and USB sources. I didnt try the USB feature but I can see the remote has Play Pause and Skip buttons so I am guessing you can plug in a USB stick full of music and skip between songs pretty easily.

certified buyer The biggest problem with todays TVs is that its nearly impossible to have decent sound in such a thin screen which is why you absolutely need a JBL soundbar like this. Every movie and TV show is better when you improve the sound. This is my second attempt at getting a good soundbar and Im so glad I found this one. My last soundbar had a nice beefy sound I always found myself rewinding movies because I found it hard to hear what people were saying. This one is just right. It has plenty of bass yet it doesnt make the voices sound muffled.

certified buyer When I first hooked everything up to my phone I didnt realize the JBL soundbar was up so loud. The sound quality on this is really good and can get really loud. When I first started the video I had it on low. I did turn it up about halfway in the video and it was really loud. We had tested it to go all the way and luckily we put earplugs on because we were still able to hear it through them. Has been great when it comes to listening to music and watching movies. Gives you that feeling that you are at the theatre.
