JBL Arena Architectural Series speakers are designed to deliver sound throughout the room, from floor to ceiling, wherever they are. JBL Arena speakers are designed to blend into the home environment with an invisible zero-frame, full-color magnetic coating.

This series has been expertly designed to pair with the award-winning JBL Arena combo speakers for complete home sound. It will make you wonder where such a sound could come from. Frame diameter (with grill) is 9.125 inches x 0.25 inches with cutout opening of 8.0 inches. (inches) x 4.6875 inches. (wide).
JBL's proprietary HDI waveguide
Arena-6IC allows the speaker to fill the room with theater quality and extract sound from any location, even if the height is high or outside the listening area. JBL Arena features a built-in, reliable design that can integrate into any home theater or movie theater and fit walls or ceilings up to 5 inches thick.
Audio inspired by JBL's legendary M2
High Definition Imaging (HDI) waveguide technology is inspired by the legendary JBL M2 Main Reference Monitor. Computer-optimized driver positioning and network integration deliver optimal room-wide performance and realistic soundstage imaging regardless of location. Acoustic quality has been proven by stringent testing and performance evaluation.
Ceiling Mount
JBL Arena 6IC ceiling mount speakers provide a rugged, reliable installation design suitable for ceilings from 0.5 inches to 2 inches thick. Special locking clips hold ceiling speakers in place and are designed to reduce vibration. There must be at least 1 inch between the edges of the mounting template and any joists or other obstructions behind the ceiling to allow room for the speaker's locking mechanism to fully engage.
Spring Post Terminals
JBL 6IC Arena- In-ceiling speakers come with standard spring post terminals that accept bare wire (up to 10AWG), pin connectors and banana plugs (single or dual) . Spring pole terminals are gold plated for maximum signal transmission and corrosion resistance.
