I use it in my home surveillance system and it works smoothly. It is connected to 5 cameras and the Hard drive records high quality video from all. I also didnt experience any heating issues. I noticed that there were no frame drops while recording the video. The 2TB storage is also an advantage. Very happy with the product.

This Hard Drive has been a savior for me. I desperately needed a storage device for the CCTV recording of my departmental store. I have been using this Hard Drive for almost 10 months now and I can happily say that this drive is highly advanced. I use it on an everyday basis in my farm house which has 7 CCTV cameras. The Hard drive takes in all the footage and stores it without any glitch. I kept the surveillance system on for 24 hours once and surprisingly the hard drive didnt heat up that much. Very impressed by the product.

The Hard drive doesnt make any noise while recording videos and that also from 30 different CCTV cameras. This is something which I really liked. I installed it in my DVR and it was easily compatable. I didnt notice any slowing down of the device yet. It serves the purpose well for being the storage space for surveillance system.

This Hard drive is quite easy to install and is not that heavy to carry. I replaced my previous 1TB hard drive with this 2TB device and Im amazed by its performance. Even when its 90% full of footage it doesnt stutter while recording. My surveillance system is on the terrace and it gets quite hot but the hard drive doesnt distinction at all. I would recommend this to all.

Works well in my DVR

My DVR is an old one but this Hard drive works perfectly in it. While its switched on the disk rotates very fast with less noise. I tried connecting 10 high quality CCTV cameras but all of them worked flawlessly while being recorded by this 2TB hard drive. It is also quite easy to install and change to another DVR. Very satisfied with the product.
