The Yamaha NS-333 150 W Bookshelf Speaker features Waveguide horns, Polymer-injected Mica Diaphragm woofers, and the highest quality internal Monster Cable wiring enjoyment of digital movie sound and music sources, plus elegant Yamaha traditional piano finish cabinets. It is 2-Way Acoustic Suspension Speaker System. Its Waveguide horn permits the sound field to be formed and controlled for optimal spatial expression in house theater environments.

Yamaha's Speaker NS333 framework has been structured expressly for theatre applications. The EF (Elliptical Form) Series include Waveguide horns, PMD (Polymer-infused Mica Diaphragm) woofers, the best quality internal Monster Cable wiring for experiencing complete pleasure in advanced show sound and music sources, and the elegant Yamaha typical piano end cabinets.

Two-Way Bass Reflex shelf loudspeaker system

Yamaha's loudspeaker system has been designed specifically for home theatre applications. The shelf speaker may be a bass-reflex style which will be used for main or surround channels and incorporates a 5" polymer-injected mineral diaphragm (PMD) cone speaker and a 1" metallic element dome speaker. For improved imaging, the speaker utilizes Yamaha's exclusive conductor horn.

Waveguide Horn

Unlike most homes, picture show theaters use sound-absorbing materials on walls and ceilings. The result is that the sound reaching your ears is the wave created by the speakers rather than reflected off the walls. Yamaha has created waveguides that greatly cut back mirrored sound and increase the proportion of directly generated sound waves reaching your ears. The result is a transparent and precise sense of sound direction and placement.

Internally wired with Monster Cable

Yamaha guarantees optimum sound quality by internally wiring a number of the elements with the Monster Cable™ that ensures a clean and clear signal from the crossover network to the speaker driver. The speaker driver is magnetically protected and hence it will be placed on a TV or a video monitor while not compromising the image quality via stray magnetic fields.

Elliptical Form Cabinet

The EF series speakers come enclosed in an Elliptical kind cabinet with a high gloss black piano end that aids for a durable framework with the reduced sound optical phenomenon. The most recent grill style and grill textile make beautiful and acoustically clear protection for the drivers.

NEW GRILL DESIGN

The new grill design and grill cloth provide an attractive and acoustically transparent protective cover for the drivers. Rigid construction is used throughout the enclosure with radial and cross-bracing techniques for prime rigidity and low cabinet coloration. Additionally, the bookshelf speaker comes with an acoustically clear material grille that attaches magnetically.
