The drive has been good performance wise. The speed has been varying anything between 90 to 130 MB per second. It is good for people who are an average gamer and are more into storage. It can handle the other tasks like more easily. And at this price range, this is one of the besst hard drives here.

One of the best thing about the WD hard drive is that it performs all the tasks way more easier than the others in the same range. Having backed up all my information in external Hard disk, I left my earlier hard drive for good. Be it gaming, mid-range rendering or any level of photoshop, it can handle any tasks easily. The storage of about 2TB makes up to store about anything and everything across all your devices.

What I loved the most about the WD device was it never lagged in the speed and performance. The vibrations have increased after some 2 months of usage thus leading to some cranky voices from the PC, but the speed hasnt changed one bit from that point. It still clicks around 160 MB/s with the same ease that it clicked on the day of installation. The device heats up a bit, but still worth all the pain considering it provides me the thing I want- Performance.

The WD 2 TB black variant is better than the blue variant, which was bought by my friend for his PC. The speed can tick the 150 MB/s mark and can go around 200 mark with ease. The device is easy to install and use. I play a lot of heavy games like CS:GO and DOTA and I havent experienced any lag in any way possible.

What I loved about the drive more than the other drive which I have purchased earlier was the terms of performance which this has been delivering since day one. The warranty of about 5 years is just perfect to test the drive and if in case my drive is not working properly, it can be checked easily. Also, the dual core processing in this drive is something which I haveent seen in this price range from an HDD major player.

I loved the drive since the day one, all thanks to the performance which it achieves like no other drive in this segment can. The dual core processing present in the device provides a high performance (I have checked that there was improved performance in my gaming). The storage is massive. But, the device tends to heat most of the time. The vibrations and their noise have increased somewhat, which makes me deduct 1 star from this product. Otherwise, this is the best drive.

The device is best for any sort of people. I personally use it for storing large amount of data in the form of high quality videos and also maintaining the performance charts of various classes of my school. The device speed can vary from 120 to 150 megabyte per second speed which is quite impressive in this price tag. Also the drive is easy to install and has a warranty of 5 years.

I must say that this has performed beyond what I expected from the HDD. First of all, there hasnt been much of the irritating noises which come from it. The performance has been good from this side, with the read and write speed varying from the mid 150 MBps to the high 210 MBps. The storage is huge, but still enough to make way for the other drive if you need it. Plus, the warranty of 5 years makes it less prone to any damages or any fault inside the drive.
