I received the product after 1 week of ordering. I had to call every two days to know the status of the delivery because in the tracking it was showing that the package is in the same place for 3 days. Found out that it was delayed due to border restrictions during covid19. Still I wish the delivery could be faster.

It took 10 days for my earbuds to get delivered. I was about to cancel it on the 10 day evening but fortunately, it arrived in the morning. I wish that I was informed that my order will be delayed. The customer support is not that good. I had to call them every other day for updates. Please improve your delivery times.
