I purchased it 3 months back and as I am a fitness freak I loved its performance as it is so light weighted that it does not burden you while workout and sometimes I even forgot I am wearing it and it also congratulates you when you accomplish the goals so set up by you for your fitness. The fitness tracker, the sleep monitor are quite exceptional. The SMS and call notifications have been working just fine and also the heart rate monitor. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Q: How do I track my health and fitness goals?
A: By installing the Samsung Health app, which archives all the data in one place. You can open it anytime on your phone and refer to the dashboard to view the stats of your activities.
Q: Why does the heart rate sensor light blinks even when I am not wearing it?
A: By default , when the smart band is on , the heart rate sensor also remains active so it tries to detect your body pulse to check the heart rate that’s why it keeps blinking for not being able to detect it.
Q: Can I listen to music via this smart band?
A: No you cannot, you can control the music that is being played on your phone via Bluetooth connection but you cannot listen to the music through this smart band.
Q: Is there any call rejection option?
A: No, you can just simply decrease the ringtone or stop the vibration by double tapping on the display but you cannot reject an incoming call via samsung fit-e.
Q: Does it have idle alerts?
A: Yes it does, if you are being idle for quite some time then the smart band automatically detects it and sends you a notification alert to motivate into some kind of activity to keep you going.
Q: Do I need to wear all the time for it to detect my sleep and other activities?
A: Yes. You need to wear it for the smart band to detect you sleep time and quality, the steps you have walked or the calories burnt or even the heart rate monitor and blood pressure monitor.
Q: Does the smart band continuously sync data or do I need to set it up?
A: Yes, the galaxy fit E automatically sync all the data in the Samsung Health app every time it is started or it is being used . Whenever you need to check the stats , you can simply open the Samsung Health app and check the dashboard section.
