Never heard about Vplak, but i purchased Ravtek bt earphone, sound quality is good , i am also using other boat product, its comparatively good done in bass quality and waterproof feature, look in sporty too , and very light weight product.

Maine isko risk lekar purchase kiya tha, bhai lekin mast sporty bt earphone nikla, lene layaak hai, paani me kharab bhi nahi hua ,maine try kiya hai

the box seems to be very old and it was not sealed at all the worst part is the upper lid of box was tored by some one or it could be tampered by delivery team as the status was showing the box was already delivered on 11-jul-2020 but it was delivered to me on 14-jul-2020 .i sent mail to support@vplak.com to retrun request with the images of box. there was no response from the team as i was trying to connect from few days

The earphones are simply over rated . I bought them with VPLAK a month ago. I got them in week time. On using these headphones for very first time , i felt that they are not up to the mark . I feel that on high volume the sound is getting split/ distorted. I immediately contacted VPLAK support who asked me to send mail to raise return request which is not at all user friendly . I did the same and in 2 days the request was raised and in next couple of days the item was picked. I have to follow up a lot to at least get acknowledgement of return receipt. After lot of follow up through the mail and phone, I finally got confirmation that VPLAK is good to return the money to me. Since then (almost a month) i am still waiting for my money to be credited to my UPI address. I tried contacting through mail,phone most of the time they went unanswered and once in a while I get answer as due to staff shortage refund is taking time. Vplak team you really need to pull up your way of working and stop fooling around people. Rest others , please be very cautious while you purchase any item from them. You are putting your money in a hole. In case you return the product or it is damaged you are in big trouble.

I had very bad experience with customer care executives. I had raise a request to return the product, but unfortunately some of the inbox items were stolen by courier person and when the seller received the product they said package didn't have all the items only headset was present rest everything was missing so they rejected my return request and again send me back the product. So now i am at loss after spending 3K i have just headset no carry case no charging cable. Customer care executives openly blaming me that i didn't send back all the items. This is first and last shopping from this website.

Right side earbuds broke after 20 days of use. Sound is okay. Not worth 3k. Please don't waste your money on this.
