The dongle has well built and compact design. I have used SIM cards of many brands and so far they have all worked well. The connection range is also quite good so its not like you have to be very close to the device while using the WiFi. Really high speed sharing.

Q: How to set my password and name?
A: First when you plug in this dongle, you get the settings screen which you will lead to the section where you can set your name and change the password from the default one to the one of your choice.
Q: How to reset password if I forget it?
A: In that case, you need to have physical access to the device cause you need to open the lid of it and simply press the reset button to change the password to the default one which is normally given on the device back.
Q: What type of Sim is needed?
A: It supports Full SIM cards, not nano or micro . So any kind of updated or converted sim card will not work on it.
Q: What kind of data connection is needed from the Sim?
A: Any normal sized sim with a proper data connection will work, both 3G and 4G. But we suggest, 4G data connection for high speed sharing.
