A: Please refer to instruction manual of SKYVIK Beam GO car wireless Charger for step-by-step guide to mount this.
Q: How embedded voltage control helps the device?
A: The embedded voltage control checks the amount of voltage required by your mobile phone and will give only that particular voltage to your mobile phone, preventing it from overheating. It detects if your phone if you have put your in holder or not. It doesn’t fetch power from car unnecessarily when you don’t have your phone in the holder.
Q: Will it start heating when is used ideally or when my phone is not placed in the holder?
A: No. It doesn’t heat up when used ideally. Its embedded voltage control detects if your phone is placed in the holder or not. It is recommended to disconnect it from power source if not in used.
Q: My charger keeps falling off during while driving. What to do?
A: Please clean the surface on which you mount the charger thoroughly. Make sure that the surface it cleaned properly and doesn’t have any dust. Also adjust the angle properly for proper balance.
