For modest outside spaces, the Monitor Audio Climate 50 Outdoor Speakers provide 2-Way outdoor IP55-rated satellite speakers. Featuring a single 5" C-CAM bass driver and a 1" C-CAM gold dome tweeter, the CL50 is a two-way satellite speaker. The detailed highs and dramatic lows of every performance are captured by the C-CAM tweeter and bass/mid-range drivers. C-CAM is a cutting-edge alloy that was initially developed by the aerospace industry for use in jet engines and then extensively improved by Monitor Audio Speakers over a long period of time for precise reproduction and solid dependability. The CL cabinet can be painted in a bespoke color for a perfect color match with the surroundings or for the greatest contrast. Each speaker comes with a paint mask.
Impressive Technology
The high-performance C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium) tweeters and driver technology are featured in the Climate 50 Speakers. A smooth treble response is produced by the increased frequency response of the C-CAM tweeter, which extends to 30kHz. For additional low-frequency punch, the outside speakers also feature an ABR (Auxiliary Bass Radiator).
C-Cam Drivers
The aerospace industry first created the material ceramic-coated aluminum/magnesium for parts of jet engines. Due to its exceptionally stiff yet lightweight characteristics, it is perfect for loudspeaker cones, which produce high levels of overall efficiency. To eliminate surface deformation and molecular weakness during manufacturing, magnesium alloy goes through a three-stage stress-relieving procedure.
Gold Dome C-Cam
A ceramic-coated aluminum/magnesium alloy is used to create the gold dome tweeter, which is then gold anodized to a particular thickness for the best stiffness and damping properties in Satellite Speaker. In order to give the best attributes for precise sound reproduction, its redesigned profile and surround geometry have been developed utilizing sophisticated modeling techniques.
ABR
Utilizing a sealed ABR in open spaces can improve sound quality even more (Auxiliary Bass Radiator). The air is moved by the motion of the mid/bass driver inside the sealed cabinet, which causes the ABR to move back and forth like a piston. This ultimately transforms the ABR into a standard port, enhancing low-frequency punch and additional penetration while fending off the weather.
Speaker's Design
The Monitor Audio Outdoor Speakers are available in Black or White, but the cabinets can be easily blended into your outdoor environment by spray painting them with the provided paint mask and spray paint. The Outside Speakers are made of sturdy, solid, sealed, high-density polypropylene that is UV-rated and ideal for even more extreme outdoor circumstances.
Outdoor Speakers
The 2-Way outdoor IP55-rated satellite speakers from the Climate-50 Speakers are perfect for modest outdoor spaces. It features a build that is weather-resistant and delivers hi-fi sound quality. Along with an anchor point for security chain connection, a 15-degree angled wedge is also included with the bracket to increase its adaptability.
